Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our policies: 📅 Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of your booking deposit. 🔄 Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges and to allow us to offer the slot to another client. 💰 Deposits: Some appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled within the policy time frame. ⏰ Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to make the most of your appointment.
